Pricing questions.
What does one standard episode cost?
A 30 s Standard episode is 900 credits at list price, quoted before it renders.
What happens when a shot fails QC?
It is retaken automatically inside the episode's hold. If it still fails, it is not charged and those credits return to your balance.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits roll over for one billing period; pack credits last 12 months from purchase. Renders spend the credits that expire first.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Pro and Studio include a commercial license. The Terms will state what every plan allows before launch.
Is there a free plan?
Yes: 300 one-time credits and your first character Lock on us. Invited beta accounts get extra credits to try a full format.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. An upgrade applies at once with prorated credits; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period.
Do you charge VAT or sales tax?
Where it applies, tax is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Is there annual billing?
Not yet. Monthly plans come first; annual billing may follow once payments are live.
